Subject: What does T Party think of Herman Cain
Content: What do you folks think of Herman Cain? I like some of his ideas. Now Rick Perry's wife came out and said that the 999 plan means you tack on 9 more percent on any existing sales tax a state may have. I think she is wrong. my understanding of the plan is that it would replace existing sales tax. Anyways anyone know for sure?
